The "HYDREX Rhino"

The HYDREX Rhino was designed for the Casino and hotel industry, where access and response times are critical. The unit once again was designed as a RIV, with a "Hydrex" high pressure fire fighting system. Various configurations for client’s specifications.

The two Yamaha vehicles we offer for the HYDREX fire & rescue vehicles are the Rhino 660 or the new Rhino 700. The latter being an upgraded version of the original 660 vehicle. A new engine, electronic fuel injection, dual hydraulic disc brakes, parking brake lever and a new relocated air intake for a low sound level, are the main changes on the 700 unit.

The HYDREX Rhino offers:

• Space for additional rescue and safety equipment is available underneath the tank and fire pump system.
• Vehicle accessories: Front Winch, Safety Windscreen, Roof, Emergency lights, Two way radio, GPS system, Spot lights, trailer, roof rack.
• Safety belts and head rests are standard equipment as well as comfortable off road bucket seats.

Fire Fighting Systems:

We have two fire fighting systems available for the Rhino:

1. 50 bar high pressure low volume pump system.
2. Conventional low pressure, high volume pump system.
