The TOTALIT M extinguisher can be used in many installations, such as those described below, where only special metal fire-powder approved class D extinguishers should be used for fire fighting.

Applications include combustible metal and light metal manufacturing machining, chemical industry, car industry, nuclear power plants and laboratories using combustible metals such as magnesium, aluminium, potassium, sodium, calcium, barium and lithium as well as their compositions.

• Maximum safety margin if accidentally used on electrical devices compared to other extinguishing agents
• Special powder applicator to reduce explosion risk
• External CO2 cartridge for easy service
• Steel cylinder finished in red high quality polyester powder coating, free of TGCI
• Test results available for several metal fire types (solid and liquid metals / alloys)
• Squeeze grip allows total control of the discharge
• Wheeled units with 50Kg and 250Kg available
